When are registration deadlines?
- Effective the Spring 2008 season, the following registration dates have been implemented by the board:

Spring Season--December 5th

Fall Season--June 5th
What days will my child have practices on?
- Practices are determined by the coaches during their first coaches meeting of the season. Practices typically are Monday-Friday.
Where are games and practices held?
- At this current time, GCYS does not have a sports complex of its own. Thanks to the support of Dry Ridge Elementary, Mason Corinth Elementary and Grant County Park, we are able to use their fields for games as well as practices. Currently, we try to have all games in one location at Dry Ridge Elementary.
How can I sign my child up for soccer?
- When registration opens up for the upcoming season, you may register online. There will be a post on the main page for the sign-up. For those that do not have computers, the library does offer internet access to library card holders.
How much is it to sign up for soccer?
- The online registration fee is $44.00 for the first child. And $39.00 for each additional child with online registration.
I am interested in being a soccer coach, what do I need to do?
- If you are interested in being a soccer coach, that is great. We are always looking for coaches. Simply email the director of coaching and express your interest. Previous coaching experience is not required to be a coach.
What if I missed the registration deadline, is there any way my child could still play soccer?
- Occasionally we have players move or drop out during the soccer season, thus leaving a team short a player. If you are interested in having your child placed on a reserve list to field teams in case of an opening, please send an email to the board. Your child will then be placed on a reserve list in his/her age group. Available spots are filled on a first come/first serve basis. Please note being placed on a reserve list does not guarantee placement on a soccer team that season. Season deadlines are December 5th for the Spring and June 5th for the Fall.
